Your Space Management offers a full range of services that will help you sell your property without stress and with minimal personal involvement. Whether the property is occupied or vacant, we will prepare it for sale in the most favourable way to achieve a price that satisfies both parties. We carefully and thoroughly prepare marketing materials, including professional photographs and listings that stand out in the market.

Our marketing materials are part of our comprehensive service package priced at £300.00 provided exclusively to our clients (this non-refundable marketing fee of £300.00 must be paid upon signing the sale agreement). A commission of 1% of the sale price is charged only upon successful sale under the agreement.

Below is a breakdown of costs by type of additional services, from which you can freely choose those you consider essential in achieving success in selling your property.

 Partial Staging (Occupied Homes):

Full Staging (Vacant Homes) for period of 8 weeks:

1 Bedroom Property: £1,500 - £4,000 approximate prices 2 Bedroom Property: £2,000 - £6,000 approximate prices 3 Bedroom Property: £3,000 - £8,000 approximate prices 4 Bedroom Property: £4,000 - £9,000 approximate prices 5+ Bedroom Property: £5,000 - £10,000 approximate prices

Factors Influencing Cost:

Occupied vs. Vacant: vacant homes need everything; occupied homes need decluttering and enhancement Furniture Rental Duration: typically includes 6 – 8 weeks, with longer periods costing more Location: city centres or hard – to – access areas can increase costs Other services: basic decor, full furnishing, deep cleaning

Professional Photography (for clients not under a sales agreement with YSM)
