She sold my house incredibly quickly, and what impressed me most was that the final sale price was even higher than we expected. In the past, they have also rented out several of my properties. They arranged professional cleaners after tenants moved out, organized key copies, took detailed photos of everything that needed to be done before renting or selling, and handled the entire process smoothly and professionally. Communication is always excellent, and they speak several languages, which makes everything much easier. They also have their own maintenance team offering services at very reasonable prices.
